Events

Easily one of my most favorite things about marketing! Below you will see a collection of images (captured by me) that represent some of the events I’ve hosted. For each event, the goal is to drive brand/product awareness, strengthen vendor/customer affairs and cultivate a relationship with the community. My role included, but was not limited to, budgeting, planning, implementing activations, supplies shopping, managing sales team, leading the visual merchandising and email acquisition for giveaways.

Outside Experience

An active lifestyle festival that takes place in Chicago! In order to stand out from the other booths, I knew our activation needed to be unique and inspiring. For this event, I decided to go with flower pounding! Family friendly and overall a boatload of fun! …Or should I say a bouquet of fun?

Partnered with Richer Poorer, Cotopaxi, Coal, Growlerwerks, Vuori, and Red Wing Boots for a giveaway.

Capitol Hill Block Party

Wayward x Sole Repair: a pop-up shop located in the heart of CHBP! Partnered with Olympia Brewing Company, Filson, and Topo Designs.

Campaigns

Campaigns are so fun! Such a great way of interacting with an audience to get them thrilled about something. Content creation is another reason why I love marketing so much! It’s undeniable how far high quality content can elevate a brand’s image. I worked closely with Wayward’s Marketing Director and vendors to develop a digital strategy and schedule for the giveaways. The focus of the giveaways is to boost followers, engagement and customer loyalty. On top of content creation, I led the execution of the winners’ experience and worked with fulfillment specialists to ensure a fun and high quality unboxing experience.

Feels Like Summer

Promotional asset for Wayward utilized for their website, blog posts and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest). This photoshoot captures new arrivals and nostalgic summer moments.

Outdoor Giveaway

Partnered with Wayward, Park’s Project, Topo Designs, and Danner.

The objective of this giveaway was to kick off summer and get people stoked on outdoor exploration with their friends and family!

Visual Merchandising

Visual merchandising is powerful! When executed well, it should naturally speak for the brand and passers can’t help but gravitate towards it. Through my merchandising, I curate the elements carefully in a such a way where the viewer may sense a calling for action. Key ingredients include being connected, inspirational, and unique. As a merchandiser, being detail-oriented is a must!
